Birkey’s quote is for a new 2016 backhoe with a clam shell bucket.  The clam shell bucket makes it easier to pick up the trees on the ground. Birkey’s quote is one yr. full warranty and 2 yr. power train parts and labor. Martins have a quote for a backhoe with a clam shell bucket and one also with regular bucket.  They also have it where you could buy the old back hoe outright. Martin’s warranty is for 5 years and 2,000 hours on power train. TIF will cover 50% of the cost of the backhoe. Rob and Josh asked for LED lights on the backhoe this time that has not been on the machine in the past.  Our current amount we pay every year is $8,995.00 and the buyout for the present hoe is $40,000.00.
